Whew, finally. RW, contrary to a certain opinion on this thread, an AR-15 in 6br can be made, and made strong and safe. However, rounding up those parts would be a PITA and expensive. As may others have opined, the 6mmar is the perfect alternative, as simple as going to 6mmar.com or dozens of other sites. As for losing expensive brass, Hornady is a lot cheaper if you aren't benchresting, and Starline has just started making it also.
