6mm V-Max's unavailable?????

I just bought a 6BR this morning and need to order some bullets so I can begin to work up a load. I'd like to start out trying both 75 gr. and 87 gr. Hornady V-Max, but it seems no one has any in stock. Is this just bad timing or is something up that is making these Hornady 6mm bullets difficult to get a hold of?

Hi Steave,

I have had huge problems getting 105 A-maxes (months). In another thread guys were suggesting that the Sierra 70grn BK was better than the 75-vmax....in their experience it has been more accurate and still capable of reaching out there.

I too have been trying to get 105 A Max's for a couple of months, am on backorder and a notify list at a couple places. Try Cabelas for the 87 gr. V Max's. They have came thru before on a few things nobody else had.

I received your payment Steave. I got in a hurry trying to finish up as much as I could prior to leaving for my Antelope hunt in the morning.
The bullets are ready to go first thing in the morning. Hope this helps you get started.
Personally (in my gun, DASHER) I found the 75gr bullets to work best.
