Lots of different reamers out there. Hard to say but in reality if the brass were fired in a custom chamber then it should fit into a standard PPC-USA chamber. Most all custom chambers are tighter than the standard.
But nothing beats getting measurements from both.

My 6PPC-USA (I’ve owned and shot a few Sakos) is slightly more roomy than match 6PPC chambers.
As long as the brass hasn’t been hardened from repeated firings without annealing, I’d resize the brass in the die I used for the 6PPC-USA chamber and shoot it. The brass will be moving much less than what happens during a fire form.
