31.5grains appears to be all I can stuff in a case without affecting bullet seating. It’s full. That’s with a drop tube. Please keep us posted on your results
Clay,
Well, shoot. Looks like Jeff listed two rigs and loads on the equipment list for light gun. One was running 15*5 the other 8208.
Maybe he will come along and let us know.

ThanksClay,
Yes, I shot a 6BRA in LG.
15.5 for the 600 portion
8208 for the 1000 portion
Same rifle - two different barrels.
The groups shot in this post were also from the same LG with 15.5:

Not wishing to hijack the 1000yd moving backer discussion , I noticed that ET's were being referenced. Have any individuals or clubs actually conducted dedicated accuracy testing of ET's? 31.6grs of 15.5 with a 105vld and cci450 gave me 2912fps
90degree heat
I have testing ammo loaded with RE15.5 and 103VT.was that compressed dale? i can’t fit that much rl-16 in the case even with a drop tube. i haven’t seen 15.5 in person but had assumed it’s close in grainsize/fill density from some other posts.
I would consider that load very full and as close to compressed as you could get.was that compressed dale? i can’t fit that much rl-16 in the case even with a drop tube. i haven’t seen 15.5 in person but had assumed it’s close in grainsize/fill density from some other posts.
I've worked with RL16 a bit. Had great success with it in 6 Creedmoor and 105 Berger Hybrid. Also tried it in the 6.5-47L which is a much larger case than either Dasher or BRA. I could never get an efficient load in the 6.5-47 even with 123SMK. There was just no way to get enough in the case to make the expected velocity.I wish this picture was better but thought I’d share anyway. Hard to get a perspective but it’s 31.7 grains
Next outting will be a 5 shot group at 600 with 31.7 and 31.8grains asap
I've had really good results with R-16 in the Dasher. I'd love to be able to fit more in the case, but full-up with Lapua (35.6 grs.) or Alpha (35.1) produces excellent and stable velocity and very good precision. Drop tubes are a must, but the powder does a great job in the Dasher. I recommended R-16 to a friend that shoots a BRDX, and he swears by it, too.I've worked with RL16 a bit. I am very skeptical of RL16 (due to density) that it is optimal for anything on a BR case.
You sparked my interest in RL16 as well as reading some buzz about H4350. I knew they are pretty close so I shot a little today to get some starting numbers.I've worked with RL16 a bit.
