what are the groups that any of you are getting out of this case using 60 to 70 match bullets in bench rest type guns.i have a article where t j Jackson got 5 shot groups at 100 yards in the 1s that is .100.any thoughts on that article.it was in precision shooting.

Working with 45s, 50s and 55s, five shot groups from the bench at 100 yards can be covered with a dime. Good enough for the Girls I go with.;):cool:
 
t j said it was faster then the ppc witch in his opeion was an advantage at the 200 and 300 yard distances.given that the cases are made by lapua now how do they compare as far as construction of them goes.

I’m certain it will shoot better than that. I have a Beanland hunting rifle with a Krieger RVC and a sporter stock(Manners EH6A) that will shoot high .1s/ low.2s with regularity off a Harris. I can’t imagine what a bench rifle off bags will do. I am shooting 68 gr Bart’s and VV N135.
 
I know a person that shoots a 6mm br improved with the heaver bullets to the 1000 yard line and it will shoot in the .100 at 100 yards.

What if that extra speed pushes the bullets faster than they want to go? A grendel does that easily.
