6mm br

going through a old precision shooting magizine.saw a article on the huston warehouse.did any of you ever shoot there.the oner went through a lot of prep to get the rifles he shot to shoot in the zeros.is this prep true today to shoot that tight of groups.also saw where t j jackson a noted gunsmith had very good resalts with the 6 mm br.

I never was a participant, but knew several shooters who were invited to “tune“ their Rifles in the warehouse.
The majority agreed that it was an exercise in futility. What would shoot in that dead still atmosphere of the Warehouse simply did not work in the real world of Benchrest Shooting.
Virgil King, the man who ran the show, found this out.
I might be mistaken, but I think TJ was actually shooting a shortened version of the 6BR, which had about the same case capacity as a 6PPC.

I thought I heard that they had to put fans in place and get some air movement to regain the accuracy when shooting there?

Dunno; before my rifle-shooting time.
