6MM BR inline Wilson Seater

I am thinking of getting a 6MM BR Wilson inline Seating Die. I currently have Savage Model 12 F class in 6MM BR. It has a no turn .272 neck. Are the Inline Seater Dies made in a 1-size fits all fits all?

This is what I am thinking I should do in order to expedite my seating depth testing.
I would load say 18 rounds (varying the seating depth - 6 different seating depths - 3 rounds of each for testing). Loading an additional 9-12 leaving them seated long and then setting the new seating depth for further testing at the range based on my initial testing results.

Thanks, an ongoing process - Still learning these things......

The 6BR is pretty much a one fit all. One thing I would recommend is a micrometer top. It makes adjustment of seating depth a breeze. I also like the stainless one because it doesn't want to rust from your hand. Matt

You can send a fired case to "Wilson" and they will custom fit the tool to your case. In other words send in the case first, Call Wilson.

+1 ^^

Call Wilson. Tell them what you rifle you have and they'll take care of you. WD

I use this die for my .272 chambered barrel.

If you want to do the math, you can make accurate adjustments for seating depth. If not, the advice about the micrometer attachment sounds really good.
