6mm br brass

I read all that but when brass is advertised as 6mm br Norma Lapua is it Lapua?

The "Norma" brass is more expensive but just as good as the Lapua. When Lapua was hard to find, Norma filled the bill. You get what you can get when you can. Kinda like powder and primers.
