Mike Bryant has come up with a simple follower modification for the Rem 700 actions. With that feeding has proven pretty good for most folks who have tried it.

The new Tikka T3 action is a center-feed single stack mag. With a modification to the follower, we think this would work well also, but we haven't tried it yet.

I have a Sako L579 Forrester in .243 that i am considering chambering to 6XC and it should have no trouble in feeding as the case is only about .150"shorter than the .243 case.
Anyone have any experience with this.

The Sako should feed the 6XC o.k. I have only cut chambers for this cartridge on single shots so far, but the cartridge was designed to feed from a magazine & looks as if it should be o.k. even though it is straight sided case. The Sako L579 is a reliable magazine feeding rifle as well, so the combination should work alright.

Ive found the CZ 527. Although its not considerd a "presise" rifle. The action could be trued. It has a single stacked magasin. But I dont know how it will feed the short and fatty BR case.
I sent an e-mail to CZ-usa asking them. We will se when they reply. Anybody tried working a BR case in a CZ 527?
