6MM AI or 6.5-284

Im looking into a BAT MB dual port.... for a 6.5-284. But first, Im interested in the 6mmAI so I might chamber this before hand.. or even switch barrel. What are peoples thoughts on it. Using 7x57 Norma brass??

OR AND I SAY OR.. just stick to the 6.5-284 for my long range varmint rifle,also 500m. comp.)
