6mm 108 Eldm... no love

They suck......

That's pretty damn good chootin, well done! But I couldn't help but notice you did miss the X by a couple inches :)
There was a pretty good right to left wind, so the 1st shot I held on the right side of the target. Wind call was perfect, but I had forgot to dial any elevation & hit the bottom of the target frame....ooops.

I spent a couple minutes trying to find the hole, and by then there was a lull in the wind, so I dialed the elevation and banged one off. I thought I could see it on the edge of the 9 ring, so I shot 2 more quickly. Looked like the 1st hole got bigger, and couldn't spot the other, figuring it was in the blue somewhere.

Shocked when I retrieved the target & saw all 3 clustered together....

I was just funnin ya. I don't care if you missed the X by a mile, that's a pretty damn good group at 500 regardless.

At 42¢/bullet plus shipping, for the ELDM’s, that’s significantly higher than what I give for 108 Berger. I’d buy a pile if they were less money like the old amax. Crazy how much bullets cost. 22’s cost what 6mm used to, 6mm are what 7mm price was, and so on.

USED to give bro....

I have no idea where you are buying 108 Bergers that are "significantly cheaper" than 42 cents. Not lately... maybe 10 years ago.

$30.39 at Scheel's but limited to 2 boxes.

Here is the deal on bullets. There are some companies that are buying at first tier distributor pricing and selling straight to the public.

So, the price I pay from my distributor is essentially the same price the consumer pays at these direct to the public places.

That is why my distributor is getting out of the bullet and ammo business here pretty soon. Major distributors cannot compete with the these direct sales places.

I just bought 1000 108 Berger’s for 42 cents minus shipping a month ago from a online distributor. If I member correctly they charged me like $20 for shipping

Nailed it!!

2019 Berger SWN first and second place Any Rifles were using them, great bullet
Clearly they are good enough to get the job done. That said, how would you compare them to Bergers (if you tried them)? I ask because with bullet availability I have about 1400 of them (hornady)
