Urbanrifleman, do you offer other twist rates for the 6BR?
I don’t want a shouldered profit, by Sendero contour I meant a not so heavy barrel. How close is the Savage varmint contour?
What barrel blanks do you use? What is the diameter your reamer cuts at the web of the case?
I have found that fast twist - light bullet combos fail to deliver consistant performance. For example the 6BRA can likely drive a 62-68gr bullet 3500 plus fps. A 13.5 twist keeps the bullet below 200K rpms where the 8 twist is north of 300K. Life below 200K is much simpler to keep shooting small. Just my .02.

The Berger 80 flatback absolutely SMOKES in an 8 twist. In fact, it is really all you need to shoot if you are under 400 yards. Many of the big boy 6bra benchrest shooters were going to the 80 grain bullet in short range specifically because it can buck the wind at 200.
For the average guy buying a $249 prefit, you could not shoot much smaller than a Berger 80 in an 8 twist. Heck, I have even shot them in 600 yards matches and they will shoot 1" of vertical at 600. The 80 Sierra Blitz is also quite good as is the 88 Berger, 85 HPBT, 87 ELDM, etc etc
There is an entire thread from @AckleymanII shooting my barrel in 6bra and 70 grain bullets. His review was that it was pretty boringly accurate and very fun to shoot. Not finicky.
The great thing about an 8 twsit is that if you want you would also try heavier bullets, where with the slow twist you are married to a very small range of bullets..Urbanrifleman,
Do you know what powder and approximate Charge they have been using with the 80 grain bullets?
I would like to try some 80 grainers in my 6MM BRA-
I have 8208, H4895 and Varget Powders available to try.
Thanks

Not seeing very many using 80 gr bullets or BRA's at 200, (6 Grinch, maybe) however if they are used I would bet on a 12 twist not an 8. I'm far from an interior/exterior ballistic expert however for my dollar I'm using what is proven to work at registered matches. What I have is way tighter than that...Take a look at the dia at the .200 mark, that is why I never got clickers when shooting all those loads I posted, good design! One heck of a good reamer.
On one 6 BR barrel I have, it is Tight in the web(.470), and the barrel is 15 years old, Lilja 12 T 6 BR. I had to experiment with a series of Body sizers, and finally a small base sizer to remove the clickers.
Now we have Harrell dies...what a Blessing!
