It would also be nice to see load data for varmint hunters.
55g-80g, which should also be faster than std BR case.

Start about 30.5 grs lt32 and work up with 68 gr bullets and you can get to 3700 with really good accuracyIt would also be nice to see load data for varmint hunters.

Correction on the varget load...What kinds of seating depths and powders/charges? Even good bullets may not shoot in every barrel, a bunch of deep creek guys are using the v-tacs with success. If a different bullet will shoot smaller dont fight it.
I have not, but I’ll give lot another try. How is that load on primer pockets?Have you tried the high node? Over 3000 fps? Id keep going up in powder if you dont see pressure. Should be 31-ish of h4895

Well 3000 i will tryI've shot a good bit of 6BRAI with 31.1-31.2 of H4895 without pressure signs. I don't think I've tossed out a single piece of brass for loose primer pockets.
Good shooting

Tom,+3,+6,+9,+12?????? Bart, you're not working from "touch" like us long range tards I hope? See ya in a couple weeks.

Looks good Bart, +9 at 29.8-30.2 grains looks like a stable area to me, but they do eventually have to go vertical though right?Have you done any tuner work yet?

This is a new barrel and I consider it to be mediocre so far. My normal seating depths and loads didn’t seem to work, so I did a full seating depth and load work up. Each row across is shot with the same seating depth with 5 different loads. Then the seating depth was increased +.003 longer and the same 5 loads repeated. I also used the same aiming point for each group (6 o’clock on the mothball). I shot 3 shots at the mothball before moving to the next (not round robin style). Conditions were fairly light. Each group has size, velocity, and extreme spread listed.
This method provides a lot of info on your barrel and plenty to look at.

I am shooting 34.5 grains of H332 with a 55 blitzking .010 in the lands with a 205. I dont remember the exact speed, but its 3900+ with a 24 or longer barrel if I am remembering right. I have used this load in about 3 barrels its been about .25 moa and I have never truly fine tuned it. Good enough for the gophers. It would also be nice to see load data for varmint hunters.

I'd sure get them out of the lands. There is an ever so slight a possibilitythat you are more than .005" in. pick up a .005" feeler gauge. I call mine 10 off or 10 in cause I got to call it something but it is a hard-to-measure.Getting pressure with 30.6 h4895 with a 105 seated 5k in the lands. Stiff bolt and ejector marks. Not sure what’s causing that. Groups aren’t bad.
Also had pressure fireforming with 29.5 h4895.
Any ideas?
Edit: ejector mark not extractor
This turned out to be caused by a bad carbon ring.I'd sure get them out of the lands. There is an ever so slight a possibilitythat you are more than .005" in. pick up a .005" feeler gauge. I call mine 10 off or 10 in cause I got to call it something but it is a hard-to-measure.
