The original reason I posted this was I was about to buy a gun that had a 6BRA barrel but decided to just purchase the stock and action, I am now having it rebarreled in 30BR, should have it back in a couple of weeks and we will see! Can't wait.

Well, to start with I'm having Ronnie Long (Long Rifles) rebarrel it in 30BR, I sent him the Ezell tuner and that I'm shooting UBR so we shall see! Really looking forward to it.

Cant beat ronnie long on a 30br. He built mine- one of the first ones ever. Only benchrest rifle i have somebody else built

I have a LV 10.5lb rifle and got a 12tw barrel chambered up with James' 6BRAI specs shooting Barts 80s.
Haven't had time to do more than basic load work up and it shoots in the high 1s to 2. Needs more work before it's competitive at our local SR matches.

Used what James recommended: 8208 XBR

Top 20 list from this years super shoot shows 6ppc's from top to bottom, that speaks volumes if you plan on shooting Group. If your planning on shooting for score, 30 Br's rule the roost but if you just want to try something a little different, do it just to see how it stacks up, just don't be disappointed if you don't bring home a lot of hardware.

If it aggs in the high 1's, and your typical group looks like the one you posted, you already have your load. I'd shoot it.

I have some in a .110 just touching the lands in a 243win but i may not be able to get a pic for you for a couple days. Itll give you an idea. Its well above the donut area if thats what youre wondering
