If you are doing your own work on a Remington it's good, but if you are paying to have a Remington trued, you have nearly at the cost of a custom. I was shooting a M acion, it is too big for 6br class round. I have a B now. A "S" would be good for a 17 lb gun. Once you go custom you can't go back. I also have a Stiller Diamondback, with 3 6BR barrels, I like as well as the Bat. The Viper or a Diamondback in a drop port would be good too.
