My question is
WHY?
Not one person has stated that running the diameter close improves accuracy.
So, why do it? Why go to a new reamer at all? To save that tiny little bit of working the brass? It seems like a real pain and not at all consistent for the "no turn neck" crowd to figure out what reamer goes with what brass.
I think I would rather just let the brass wear out sizing that monster gap of an extra .0015" than mess with all the confusion.
