In the late 1980's, Gene Harwood who was a National Director for the Benchrest Shooter's Assocation sat a World Record with is own 60g HP using H335. When I took him shooting ground squirrels and Jack Rabbits, he had a fit when he saw me shooting h322 in my 6 BR.
24" barrels, short freebore, 60g, H335, Rem 7 1/2 should produce 3700 fps in a 12 or 14T. 60g usually like to jam the lands to touch, NOT off the lands as a general rule of thumb.
Barrels are very different along with lot# of powder. It is not unusual to get groups in the zero's to very low 2's, but wind plays a huge part of shooting groups this small, not to mention bench techniques.
High volume p. dogs or other varmint use is different from informal/formal benchrest shooting. If you are shooting 300- 600 rounds a day with a single rifle, you better be shooting a powder that cleans up easy and does not fry the throat. If you try shooting high volume with H4895, N133, or N135, it is possible that your barrel's throat will be shot out within a three or four days of shooting.
We worked up our loads in S. Ca. in 70-75* heat and drove the the Dakota's to shoot p. dogs.
