6br Lapua brass

Been waiting for euro optic to ship my two boxes of brass, so I emailed them and got this repsonse. First and last time ordering from them. They charged my card as well. The item was in stock when I ordered it.

Just got off the phone with customer service, and he said he cant do anything about it. I'm going to get two boxes from different lots, and that when I cancel my order its going to take 10 days for the money to get back on the card.

Asked why my card would be charged for items they don't have, and why I wouldnt get an email letting me know my items wouldn't ship, and he got an attitude with me and talked in circles. I'm beyond pissed, with the situation. So now its back to looking for more brass.
