6br in C.D. Mini-Mauser?

Has anyone barreled a Charles Daly or Interarms mini-mauser
in 6br? The rifle is sold with a .473 bolt face for 22-250
in Europe and the bare action is being sold here. I am
about to order one of the actions and will barrel it in 6br.

Sounds like a pretty straight forward job. If the bolt face is correct should boil down to determining the barrel thread pitch

The Charles Daly would be ideal for a "carry varminter" type of rifle, especially, due to its small size and light weight. Most guys use larger actions because they are building guns that will be heavy and used for precision shooting. The "little" Mauser is a beaut and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The bolt face needs to be opened up about .010 or .012 to use the 6 BR in it. this make feeding better and does not affect extraction.
