Ignoring the throat, can a 6 BR chamber be converted to 6BR-DX by reaming the body or would the barrel need to be set back?

You can start out with 6mm BR, then go BR-DX or Dasher or new Long neck Dasher.

Hey Tim,

I was just thinking if that 90 gr bullet works but has too much intrusion into the case I would like to have options. Sounds like I do.

Although the fact that it is about 16% lighter than the 107 might balance it out.

That is one of the reasons I am digging the longer neck on the incoming Norma Dasher brass...
Remains to be seen how the Norma brass stacks up to current or older Lapua BR brass.
I have high hopes!

Yepp...unscrew the barrel and run your new reamer right on in....screw her back on a little go, no go, and your in !


I'd make sure the Dasher brass was sitting on the reloading bench BEFORE even considering that move...just saying
