I have been nothing but well pleased with the 150vld or the 105 Hybrid out of my 6XC out to ranges over 700 yards on Coues deer. All have been one and done drop where they stand.

90 gr sierra tipped game king, took a big Canadian whitetail at 344 yards....it didn't even get out of its bed. Shot many mule deer with it as well as countless coyotes. It's a good all round bullet.

It's always been my opinion that at those distances and with those sizes deer... sierra, Speer, Hornady cup and core is all you will ever need to knock down a deer. Never had a problem with the traditional tech bullets.

No point in bonded, solids, shock tips, partitions or anything else. Save money and practice more, scout more, and cook more with your bounties

Any Condors around. You may be limited on Lead Core bullets. Copper bullets may be your only choice.

I don't hunt in CA anymore. Only for out of state hunting, so no lead restrictions.

If your 300 yards and in there’s a lot of good choices. Nosler Partitions are one of my favorites for that range, Sierra SBT game kings or TGKs, Hornady SSTs, Barnes TSX are all bullets I’ve used with good success on deer and antelope out of 6mms.

95 grain Berger classic hunters, tune extremely easy work very well on deer out to 300 yards, killed a truck bed full of em over the years. Great bullets

man..with all the bad news i see everyday this just made up for it!! any idea where would be the best spot to try to snag some?

Working on my new blacktail hunting gun in straight 6br. Would like to find an accurate hunting bullet somewhere around 90-100gr. Barrel is 24" 1:8 twist, so I'm good up to the 105 class bullets. Average shot will be inside of 300 yards and the deer are PNW coastal blacktail, 150lbs on the hoof is a large deer and 200 yards is a long shot.

Whats your favorite hunting bullet?

I have a box and 90% of another of 100gr Sierra Game changers. I wont be using them. $30 tyd if you want to try 'em.

Lots of good bullets out there for what you are looking for. If you want a bullet that is very accurate, easy to tune , has a high BC, and performs beautifully when it reaches its final destination, the Berger 87 Gr VLD would be my first choice.
