6br 87gr v max loads

Hi all,

Looking for pet loads to run 87gr v max in a straight 6BR .272nk and .095 FB chamber running lap brass. Barrel is a 10 twist at 20" in a Sako action so won't be able to run full custom single shot action pressures.

I have varget and benchmark on hand and I'd like to stay with these powders. Have a selection CCI primers.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

30.0 gr Varget, CCI-450, Moly coated 87 Vmax seated .010 into the rifling. Not a hot load in my rifle at 2875 fps. But it shoots! Agged .288 for 4 (5) shot groups. Start at 28.0 grains and work up or not. Good luck and keep us posted.
