6 x 47 in a Rem 700

hi there guys, just registered, first post

I have a stainless 700 short action in 243 and in the spring want to rebarrel it. I was going to go with the 6mm BR but I hear it wont feed from the magazine very well

So the new 6x47 Lapua has my interest as I was told it will feed, unlike the BR,which needs follower & box modifications to make it work).

My main use for this rifle would be a walk around varminter for coyotes and wolves, but Id like to be able to do some 600 yard informal shooting too. The plain old 243 Winchester would fit the bill perfect, except it is too common and kinda BORING! :p

any comments?

oh, also what would be the best all purpose twist rate for bullets between 55 gr & 105 grain? Or am I asking for TOO much :D Most likely I'll be shooting bullets between 55 & 87 grain
