6 Dasher water weight,volume)

You have thick brass, higher web height, or light water.
I get 39gr from my fired std 6br norma w/Lapua brass. My dasher drawing shows 42+ for a dasher, and that seems reasonable to me.
It also correlates with your change percent.

Anyone one else measured theirs?

I just wanted to compare Dasher to BRX. My fire formed 6BRX is showing 41.5 gr.,water weight) with Lapua brass.

I think the BRX is basically the same capacity as the Dasher. It has a shallower shoulder, but shorter neck w/resp to the Dasher. These two combine and cancel volume, leaving you with equal capacity. I'll ty & insert my basis drawings. I'm sure chamber variances are causing any discrepancy. And apparently adjustments to brass thickness/web height are in order. So I did.

Looks like Dasher has .010 longer neck and 10 degrees more shoulder angle. Thanks, nice dimensional drawings.
