Not shooting 6 BRA, or shooting competition.
Worked up a load 6 ARC 26in, Bartlein 1- 7.25 twist. Leverevolution. 110 A tips, worked fine @ 1761 yards.

Last place I got 300 of them from had been shooting competition, and was helping another person Only reason to stop using them was he got sponsored from another company .
I tried 115 Gr. Bergers could not get velocities I figured I would need for 1 mile. Did not want anything lighter, tryingto deal with Ks. wind. Would like to find 110 Sierras to experiment with, from what others have told me they can be finicky. If I can find them.
I believe the 110 A tips, and Leverevolution powder behind them were producing better BCs than I had programmed into the Ballistics program. . The first 7 to 8 rounds I fired had to be going over the 24inX 24 in steel target. My son doing the spotting scope had no call, me trying to get back on target I was seeing no splash.. After bringing the elevation down made three hits @ 1761 yards. All of this was with 12 to 15 mph winds, probably with higher gusts. Until I can purchase some 110 Sierras I will stay with A Tips.
Forgot to mention my rifle is a gas gun. 95 % of people I talked with had nothing positive to say about 1 mile attempts with a gas gun. Will be going back in the fall. I found it very addictive.
