Will the 8 twist stabilize the 105 and 108 Hornady factory loads at a velocity of 2450 2700 fps at sea level?

Yes.
That said, you need to see if YOUR rifle fits into that. Not every barrel has the exact same twist, so bite the bullet and buy a box of each to find out. Just get the rifle in a solid rest, and shoot a group or three.

You'll find lots of others have had success, and you'll find some that haven't. Only one way to find out if they'll work in YOUR rifle.

It should as 8 twist is the minimum twist for the 108 ELDs but as mentioned try it out before buying too much ammo. Trying it is the only way to know. A listed “8” twist may not be exactly that and why I always tend to error on the side of caution and go 7.5 or 7 with my 6mms.

Hornady makes a 105 BTHP load also in the Black line if you wanted to try that also.

8 twist will work fine. Having too much torque from tight twists affects precision. I could see 7.5 but not 7.

7 is not too much. It works great with 6mms. My 6ARC bolt gun is a 7 twist and shoots the factory 108s very accurately. There are lots of 7 twist 6ARC barrels out there in both AR and bolt and there is no accuracy issues.
