You have to turn necks with a .290" neck.
Thanks Erik, with a .175 freebore where will the base on the bullet seat in relationship to the neck shoulder junction on the case, using the 140 Berger Hybrid? I do understand different bullets will seat different in the case. With regard to the Berger 140 Hybrids, I was told optimum performance you would like the base of the bullet where the neck starts and not seat lower if possible... I don't have a clue.
With a .290 neck what would be your loaded round/ bushing? Is there a preferred clearance? Thanks JBO
The .175" freebore will put the bearing surface above neck/shoulder junction.

What is your OAL to tip with the 140 hybrid touching the lands. Mine has a fairly long throat and just curious how it compares to yours.
