6.5x284 or 264 win mag?

Wondering if there is much of a difference in performance between a 6.5x284 verses the 264 win mag? The situation would be deer hunting with in 350 yards.

6.5X284 will get the job done with less powder, less recoil and a standard bolt head and better brass.

I am firmly in the 264wm camp. I put together a ruger with a 31" kreiger barrel. 3400fps with a 130gr barnes. Dead middle load out of the barnes book with rl19. Shoots quite well , but I limit it to 5 rounds and let it cool.
