6.5mm options to use instead of 140 Hybrid

How about the 140gr AMAX? I've seen posts where guys seem to like the old Amax bullets more than the current ELD line that replaced it. I'm fixing to load some of these, and if anyone has some load data to share that'd be great.

I shoot the 139 Scenars with IMR 4350 pushing them. They group really well. I was hitting the top of t post at 500 yards. This is a 5 shot group with them. I’d say they group well.

Hogwash! They are just like everything else. Every is sensitive to seating depth.

Well, you know the old I saw it on the internet saying. I saw that mentioned several times, on several threads, by several people so I thought it held some merit. Actually, I saw it enough that I still do.

I seen 6.5 Creedmoor hit at a mile all day long as long as the shooter does his part too.

No need for another bashing thread.... There are plenty here already. As I said, I've never shot the VLD, have you?. What's your 140 gr VLD load? Do you shot other caliber VLD as well? Twas the .22 caliber version that I first read about being hard to tune.
