6.5L repeater on long action

Hey guys, I have a LA 700 that I want to do as a repeater. will a 6.5x47 L feed from a LA magazine w/o any mods?

i think it will if you don't pusssy foot around and close the bolt with a bit of authority my 260R does

I had the same worries, so I am going with a 6.5x55 BJAI instead.

Interested to hear the responses on this as well.

I would also choose 6.5x55 BJAI or 6.5-06 AI. I chose the 6.5-06 AI because the Nosler 280AI brass eliminated the need for fire forming. Good luck.
