Food for thought, i have been shooting 6.5cm for a long time, h4350 turned that rifle into a perfect animal, also i would foul barrel with 5 shots not 2, especially if ur doing a great cleaning job. I run 2880fps at 41.6gr on 30" barrel. Again biggest thought here is try h4350. Good luck!

I found that IMR-4451 will do the same job as he H-4350. It's also on the shelves more readily than the H-4350. Takes about .8 gr more of the 4451 for me to get the same speed and accuracy. A burden I can certainly bear when my H-4350 supply goes empty.

Check the online Hogdon Reloading data. As I recall, they list IMR 4350 and it works fairly well. They show starting at 37 grains and working up to 41.
Hopefully you have more than IMR 4895 at your disposal. I think you need to explore different powder options.

R the H4350 or IMR 4350 will get you where you need to be but.....they are not equal. One is a little faster than the other. Work up and you will find a sweet spot. If you are loading hotter and not happy, go the other way! You may be surprised. My buddy has a 26 inch barrel and his loads are 43.0 to43.5 grains IMR4350. My guns (4) are all 30 inch and I get the same velocity he does with 41.7 grains.
My summer load is even lighter. Both net me apps 2740 GPS in my barrel.
