I've shot a 20 cal Grendel neck down off and on for several years.. We called it the 20 LBC as the Grendel had not escaped the copyright clutches of Alexander at the time. It's decent enough and if you could get the 22 ARC brass it would be far easier to make than using the full 6.5 case. Ballistically it is about 100 FPS or so better than the 204.

That's a lot of extra powder for a measly 100 fps at the muzzle. Then again, fun has its price

20 arc is close to the titan. My neck diameter is .234 yours is .237 I'm using lapua brass, hopefully the Alpha 22 arc will be out soon
