6.5 Creedmore Brass to .243 Win?

I have never actually held a piece of 6.5 Creedmoor brass in my hand, so I truly am asking for a friend . Is it possible/plausible to form .243 Winchester brass from new unfired, 6.5 Creedmoor brass? If so I would imagine the necks would need to be turned? Thanks in advance for your help!

No clue, just trying to help a friend. Obviously can't be done, case closed. More important things to occupy our time, like a Democrat controlled executive and legislative branch.
