Nice work, Hog!As Kmart posted, too wide at the shoulder. CM is on the left. My calculations, .72 minimum to be removed, .75" to be safe.

Any particular reason to re-chamber for the 260? Case capacity is only about one grain greater.
I’m with JRS, I have to ask why?
It may be the negative connotation the CM conjures up with those that actually know the cartridge is a weak cover of others that preceded it.![]()
260 AI gets another vote. 2950-3000FPS is pretty nice.

Yep, the AI or 26 Nosler if you really need to whack something way out there.Obviously uninformed opinion Hog.
Conversion to .260 AI I could get behind.![]()
Who said BRA shooters were “the cool guys”?That's what I'm up to later today. Got a 6.5-06imp that is a barrel burning monster and is a great comp. gun for 1000yd BR. But VERY expensive to feed with 55g of powder and 800-1000rd barrels. I am chambering up a 6.5CM barrel to spin on the 2port Borden to play with in between. Still using Lapua brass, no FFing. All the load development you could ever ask for has been done and i have a whole bunch of Bob C.'s 141's to feed it.
Can i PLEASE still hang with the "cool guys".......I DO have a BRA...
Regards
Rick
