Rechamber 6.5 creedmoor to 260?

Wondering if a 260 reamer will clean up a 6.5 creedmoor chamber

I doubt it - the 260 has a more heavily tapered case than the Creedmoor so the latter is fatter just behind the shoulder. Running a 260 reamer in will likely produce a chamber with the proper taper for some of the rear half of the chamber with an increasingly over-diameter section ahead of that. It's like having a groove in the chamber behind the case-body to shoulder junction. This is what happens if you try to rechamber 308 Win to 30-06 without setting the barrel back and rethreading it. Result? An odd-looking fireformed case that separates within a couple sizings / shootings. 260AI should be OK though, although you'd still have to compare chamber drawings to be sure.
