If you wan't a little more speed for the same volume of powder you can try increasing your neck tension. Other than that 44-44.8 looked great for velocity spreads. Spreads actually looked great across the board for the most part. I'd say if there was a consistent point of impact for a few charge levels anywhere on that second load dev graph pick the one in the middle and try to tighten it with some seating depth changes.

What range were you shooting at? Do you have a pic of the target?
