Guy did a "fun project" a few years ago and published the results in "Precision Shooting". Used a similar case that had a 100 gr. capacity: burned-out the barrel in approx. 80 rounds.
 
Know of a 6mm-7STW or 6mm S.O.B.,Superbly Over Bore) on a #1 action with a 30" Douglas barrel, anything lighter than 90 grains would vaporize in mid air. JGS made the reamer.
