So following along that logic, if it will bring down a horse........

Several options in double stack 9/2011. From $500-$10,000. And they are fantastic. So in 2025 is it possible to find a higher capacity 9mm style 1911 with the same trigger system of a 1911.? Is that what the 2011 pistol is all about? Im trying to catch up.
Would you buy such a gun or stick with 45acp.
Even if your a reloader is there much difference in price between making 9mm or 45acp ammo once brass is purchased.
That originated with the Colt Walker or Dragoon.Something I heard/ Wives tale maybe? True,? WWII stuff

Bobcat -Has anyone seen this ammo? Its kind of related to the topic i.
I guess its something the 9mm can do but the 45acp cant , because i dont believe its offered in that caliber so there is that..hahaha..i know lots of 9mm love out there just not much from me. This has to be some of the most impressive ammo ive ever seen. In a 9mm size cartridge.
I kind of feel a need for that..because i dont have it..no other reason hahahaha just so i can say check this out ...pew pew pew
I read that years back about 00 buckI shoot them all. Recently, I read a report that had been compiled over decades of actual gunshot incidents. The report's findings were remarkable in that two hits from a small caliber were more incapacitating than one hit with a large caliber.
nice pieceThey say owing a 1911 in 9mm is like buying a '67 Camaro with an inline-6, and I have one so I dont have to pick up my brass!

I once interviewed a policeman from Miami who got in a shootout with a robber, he shot the bad guy I think 9 times with 9x19mm before it stopped him. To follow up (I was writing a magazine story on it), I talked to the Dade County coroner about the incident. I asked whether some larger caliber might have ended it differently. He said it was all in where the bullets hit. He said that for handguns, the only sure way to stop a bad guy instantly was to either: a) cause so much blood loss and trauma (by hitting the heart, or a large organ or major blood vessel) that the blood pressure to the brain drops instantly, or b) to strike the bad guy in the CNS, meaning the brain or spinal cord, which basically shuts him down like a TKO. Otherwise, he said that because you don't really have nerves that feel "pain" inside your body, you can get shot in the thorax, and it doesn't really "hurt" ... he said it feels more like a punch. So you keep on fighting...I think the cop's 9th shot got the bad guy in the neck or head, and that was all she wrote...I shoot them all. Recently, I read a report that had been compiled over decades of actual gunshot incidents. The report's findings were remarkable in that two hits from a small caliber were more incapacitating than one hit with a large caliber...
