4-14 x 40 Springfield Tactical scope

Hi all, I have scope, a real nice one but is missing one of the small screws that allows the dial to turn for elevation turret. Could someone help me find one or two of them.
It would help bring this cool old scope back to life. Thanks, Bob

Any idea what size the screws are? Is the scope made in Japan or somewhere in Asia?
