Started this project last week, it's continuing to evolve...
It started out as a bunch of my old linear parts being used in a co-axial rest, now it's slowly becoming strictly GOO (PLAplus) and hardware.
First shots where great, the gun (7saum) traveled exactly where it was supposed to.
For the cheapest material and economical test prints, it was solider than expected.
The arca mount has 1.5in of recoil travel, swivel and tilt, course elevation, 0.5in X , 0.3 Y travel aiming stick, shot filled counter balance, adjustable stick friction, adjustable stick centering spring.
Goals are an affordable rifle test rig, attempting to show what the rifle is capable of.
Next features are foldable legs and replacing the elevation bearings with simple ball bearings in printed tracks. Maybe convert the lead screw to gear rack driven by a worm gear.
