Co-axial rifle bench rest, 6 axis by JGSFAB

Has all the features, tilt/rotation X-Y aiming stick with counter balance (lead shot fill), self braking elevation gear drive, leveling feet, etc.Used arca camera clamp, runs smooth. Some hardware required (list work in process) . Pre-release.Fits on 250mm printers, I used PLAplus

I recommend an autocad or derivative to export the assembled version.
Its pretty complex.

Unfortunately the 1/4in key stock has to be trimmed to 8.75in.

This part came out pretty good , a little stubborn but about the only way to form a decent worm gear.
Its a ton of parts....a real project.

How's the latest version looking? just processing the files now ready to print - Just curious how much of these are you printing with supports?

I did not use any supports, I tried to orientate all the parts for zero supports. Gyroid infill and thick walls recommend. Cross holes come out a little oval but nothing I wasn't able to drive a 10-32 screw into. Tapping all the holes is better , I use a small drill with the clutch set light for power tapping.
See the latest up dates on the gears, tapering helps better prints. If possible print the RH driving gear with no brim, its fun to remove from the teeth.

Also 2 rows of balls on the uprights, I used 1 set on each side still good n tight.
