Which of those 2 powders gave you better velocity?I had one and used H4350 and h4831 and thought it worked good with the lighter bullets but velocities was low with bullets 250 and up, finally gave up and rebarreled it to a 6.5 WSM . Think Winchester got it right when they came out with the 325 instead of 338
They were pretty close the same, H4350 was a little faster but not enough to make a differenceWhich of those 2 powders gave you better velocity?
Thanks. I thought about Hybrid 100V because I have some but it isn't one of Hodgdon's extreme powders and I don't want to have to adjust the load based on temp. Hodgdon extreme powders have always been very temp insensitive for me.I would give Hybrid 100V or N550 a try.

In your experience has Hybrid had a big difference in velocity from say 80°F down to 20°F?
I wonder if one could get a 0.585 Lapua sized bolt face and shorten it to a 325 WSM overall length.
Is the 338 WSM similar to the extinct 338 RCM?
