Jip 12 1/2 will work as the guys said, I have lapuas in other calibers that I turn to a tad over 10thou and the brass out lives the barrels.

Steve, your'06 brass has a 17 1/2 degree angle on the shoulder. For my use I got a 20 degree cutter. It's worked well for me.
