31' 300 WM powder?

I just got a new barrel for my Rem 700,300 WM). New barrel is 31", all of my previous loading was for 26". I have determined my old "go to" powder, RL22 is a bit too fast for this barrel length. I am getting a heavy bolt at around 71gn and the chronograph is only reading around 3050fps. I am shooting 168 SMKs and have determined I need to try a different powder. As the slower powders go, I have RL25, H100, and Retumbo on hand. Any advice? Starting load with any of these powders?
