My next project is a 30X47Lapua have formed up a few cases and having an old 308 palma barrel donated this weekend for testing want to see if i can get the 155 match kings up near or better than 2800fps anyone know? Will attach a photo have it with a 125gr Nosler ballistic tip in place i know i can launch them in my 30BR at 3000fps so that wouldn`t be a problem anyone tried with the 155s how fast they will go.
While were here can someone give me overall length of 150gr & 155gr Seirra projectiles.also berger or other commercial easily obtainable projectiles in that weight.

You should be able to get 2900 out of a 155g, I got 2904 using 44.3g of W748/210m/Lapua 308 brass,30x47 HBR chamber) using 154g FB bullets in a short 1:14T BR barrel, prob. around 22" in length. 135g and 125g bullets really work work IMO using N135 but again around 2900 to 3000 fps.
