30BR 17 twist & 125g BIB

Never shot Randy's 125s in my 1:17, however I have shot a bunch of the 125 Speer TNTs in it. I think you will be fine. Tim

As long as u stick with a jacket no longer than 1.080" u should be fine.

The 125s are based upon the 1.00" long jacket, thus, well suited for 1:17" twist barrels: Sg, at 3,000 FPS, and standard conditions, is about 1.7. A good rule-of-thumb for the 17" twist barrels: stich to FB bullets of 1.10" or shorter. RG
