308 Win with one in twelve twist?

I have a new Rem 700 with a one in twelve twist rate. This is of course in 308 Win. How heavy can I go on bullets with this twist rate?

My Steyr SSG 69 12" twist shoots the Sierra 180 MK very well. Berger says a 12" is good up through their 190g bullets.

My experience with the .308 says you are correct. I have shot the 185 Berger VLD and BT very well with a 12 twist. My 300 WSM bench guns even shot 210 JLKs very well with a 12 twist.
