300 WSM vs. .300 WIN MAG......

OK Guys, thank you all for chipping in...
Things have "evolved" a bit...
I have made my choice and went with a 0,66" - 1 : 11" - 26" .300 Win.Mag. with a muzzle brake on.
Considering everything, I think that was my best choice...
I have "retreated" a bit on the long range target shooting and moved more to the hunting side, as I realized weight was a big concern.

This is gonna be a very lightweight rifle (7 lbs. 10,2 Oz. - Scope and mount included) ideal for the toughest hikes and capable of some very accurate long shots.

300 WM, better selection of brass and in my inexperience very accurate.

u will love it.
if u had chosen the 300wsm, you would have loved it as well.
maybe someday, u will have both.
it's fun to compare 2 things that are close to each other and find out for yourself the pros and cons of each.
