300 weatherby

at one time they shot and still do i think at the 1000 yard bench rest shoots.does any one know what loads they used and still do.i was just looking into this.

Not too many shooting it anymore. Use to be alot of 308 Baer, 300 Weatherby and a few 300 Win. Most everybody is shooting a 300 WSM and the 6 Dasher. I used a Baer years ago and shot 73 grains of 4831SC and a 240 Sierra. The 300 would of been about the same, maybe a grain or two less powder. Some shot the 210 Bergers and around 75 grains of 4831SC. Matt
