.284 win question?

I'm in the process of starting.a new build and it will be a custom hunting only. I'm gonna use a stolle Atlas with a 9twist kreiger at 26". Chambered in 284 win to shoot 168 vld begers and possibly the new 150 acubond LR.

Will the acubonds reach the lands with .188 free bore?
What velocities can I expect with these two bullet in 26" barrel?
What powders work best? H4350? H414? Or Hodgdon 100v hybrid?
I'll be using lapua brass necked.up and turned.

You should be able to reach the lands with the Accubonds, if not, they'll shoot fine jumped.
H4350 is THE powder for 284.

Do you guys think that a doughnut in the brass would be an issue with necking up Papua brass if the base of bullets need to be seated below the neck junction. I guess the real question is will the begers be seated out long enough in the neck with a .188 freebies and still reach the lands?

Most of the shanks on the .284 bullets I have measured in the 150 to 180 grain range are between 0.500 and 0.800 inches. The .284 has a neck that measures 0.285 inches. With a 0.188 freebore reaching the lands shouldn't be an issue but I am guessing you will be below the neck/shoulder junction with most if not all the bullets with that freebore even touching the lands.
